We will work all the muscles of the core – top to bottom, back, side and front. Learning to properly engage muscles.
Back care is becoming more and more important in our society. With so many people working in desk-based jobs, spending long hours sitting looking at laptops or a mobile phone, it isn’t really surprising that chronic back is a rising problem in our society.
We often think about the core in terms of our abdominal muscles, but it’s actually the whole trunk or torso. Strong core muscles make more efficient human bodies. It gives us greater power, better posture and can help alleviate pain and prevent injuries.
If we want to make daily life more easeful, improve breathing, better digestion, improve movement, enhance sporting activities a strong core is essential.
Everyone is welcome. Newbies, old hands, cyclists, runners, golfers, young and old.
