Yoga Core & Back Workshop … We will strengthen our body, lengthen our muscles, reset our breathing & rest our mind. You will come away feeling stronger & tall.
Workshop Details:
1. Connect with our space & senses
2. Get the circulation & lymphatic system shifting
3. Body and joint warm-up
4. Specific abdominal breathing cycle
5. Core, obliques and back strengthening exercises
6. Yoga flow
7. Down-regulating 
8. Ball rolling for the core, side and back
9. Pranayama sequence
10. Rest
11. Healthy snack
It will be a wonderfully uplifting couple of hours … come and join us!
