A health coach is your personal health and wellness guide. I help you implement lifestyle changes over 3 or 6 months to improve your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. If your goal is to lose weight, gain tools to de-stress, start an exercise regime, to start a new career, or just feeling overwhelmed with life; whatever is holding you back from reaching your goals or potential we work through it together.
After an initial consultation, together we put a realistic plan in place and I will be with you every step of the way, helping and supporting you to stay on track and succeed. I will typically address six key areas that affects wellness, with topics branching off into other categories.

What is Therapy Ball Rolling?
This is perfect for runners, cyclists, body builders, athletes, achy joints/back, if you are sitting or standing all day, stressed lifestyle, digestion/elimination ailments, shallow breath, tight ankles and so many more benefits!
We use large and small balls which can help relax tense muscles, relieve trigger point tension, and improve localized circulation for better oxygenation.
We will work on different parts of the body every week, so by the end of the term you will have the confidence and tools to implement a daily practice.
What is FaceYogology?
This is a non-invasive practice focusing on toning and de-stressing the 57 muscles in your face, head and neck.
Face Yoga helps to undo a tired, dull, and stressed face which leads to premature ageing. A daily practice of 10min will lift, tone, rejuvenate and oxygenate your face and neck. The facial movements are like resistance training for the muscles of your face, neck, chin, tongue, eyes, and lips.
